Carbon-Coated Aluminum Foil / Carbon-Clad Aluminum Foil, Coated Aluminum Foil, Current Collector for Positive Electrode of Lithium-Ion / Lithium-Sulfur Batteries
Product Advantages
The product features excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and superior adhesion performance.
Physical Properties
- It has good coating uniformity and consistency. The thickness of single-sided coating is ~1μm, and that of double-sided coating is ~2μm. The "substrate thickness", "substrate width", and "roll weight" are included in the specifications; different roll weights indicate different lengths (in meters).
- The specifications of in-stock products may differ from the data on the official website. For specific details, please consult customer service before purchase.
- The 1m² product is in sheet form, with a size approximately equal to that of an A4 paper. Each shipment contains about a dozen sheets (with a total effective area of 1m²).
Transportation & Storage
- Packaging Material: Carton packaging
- Storage Conditions: Sealed storage at room temperature
- Storage Period: 2 years from the date of production
- Hazard Class: Class 4 (in accordance with Hazardous Goods Classification and Operation Specifications)
Instructions & Recommendations
Carbon-coated aluminum foil is made by uniformly and finely coating well-dispersed nano-conductive graphite, carbon-coated particles, or other ultra-conductive and thermally conductive substances on aluminum foil/copper foil.
When applied as a battery current collector, it provides excellent static conductivity and collects micro-currents from active materials. This can significantly reduce the contact resistance between the positive/negative electrode materials and the current collector, improve the adhesion between them, and reduce the amount of binder used—thereby significantly enhancing various performance metrics of the battery.
